More Microscale Harry Potter Sets On The Way

It seems the microscale world of LEGO® Harry Potter is set to expand beyond Hogwarts Castle with a new set based on colourful famous street, known as Diagon Alley. It’s always tricky when deciding to share details on set like this, technically it hasn’t been officially revealed by the LEGO Group or Warner Bros. But it’s being reporting on elsewhere. Brickset has revealed the set, which has been discovered in a LEGO Certified Store in Ljubljana, Slovenia. The scale feature a number of Diagon Alley stores and buildings including Gringotts bank, Ollivanders Wands, Flourish & Blotts, Quality Quiddich Supplies and Weasley’s Wizard Wheezes. Plus the set also includes a Ollivanfer Minifigure. The set is causing a bit of a stir, as many would rather see a larger Minifigure-scale set released in the same vain as the set released back in 2011. Personally I’d love to see more licensed microscale sets. If you’ve ever played some of the recent LEGO Games from TT Games, you’ll have seen the cool microscale sets built for the load screen, these are excellent and would make amazing little sets. There is no details on pricing or release but if its already cropping up in stores it such get a general release very soon. What other location in the Wizarding World of Harry Potter would you like to see in microscale form?
