LEGO VIP Rewards Refresh Should Cut Confusion

The LEGO® VIP Reward Centre has had a small but impactful visual tweak. The Rewards Centre offers the ability to turn your VIP point into money-off voucher codes. Due to the changes in the VIP program, you have to choose a code for either online shopping or in-store use. Regardless of how silly this setup is, it also caused a lot of confusion with people redeeming the incorrect code. The visuals connected to each of the different codes now have simple images connected to them. A laptop for online codes and a shopping bag for in-store codes. Admittedly, going back to the old way of using money-off options upon checkout online and at tills would be a much more welcomed change. Even a single code for either online or in-store use would make more sense, but at least this change should help a little when redeeming the correct money-off codes.
