During Comic-Con earlier this year, it was announced that there would be a number of special episodes to the celebrates the Masters of Spinjitzu’s 100th episode. Production has now wrapped on those episodes and co-creator Tommy Andreasen has revealed they will be combined together to create another movie outing for the Ninja of NINJAGO in a special TV movie. The four episode arc is perfect for a feature length adventure and it’s hoped it will be a fitting celebration of the popular show for its many fans. Some whom were a little less enthusiastic for the cinematic take of the NINJAGO franchise. Partly due to the characters looking different and being voiced by different people. The feature-length TV movie will arrive in 2019 (in the US at least), along with a number of other celebrations for the LEGO NINJAGO theme, including NINJAGO Legacy sets, magazine specials and books. Now if only Cartoon Network UK pulled the finger out and aired the 9th season on UK screens.
