LEGO Events Galore This Weekend

This weekend will see a trio of events taking place across the world, all of which have a few bit of LEGO® related content. Firstly beginning yesterday and continuing today, LEGO World kicks off in Copenhagen, this annual event is one of the biggest official LEGO fan events to take place anywhere in the world and is run by the LEGO Group, past events have seen in-sights into the construction of the LEGO House and it’s possible we may see a new product revealed. But most of the LEGO action takes place in New York with both LEGO Live NYC and the New York Toy Fair beginning on Saturday. LEGO Live is the first of a new official LEGO event, which is similar to BrickLive. In fact many of the images used on the shows official site are from BrickLive. Visitors will be able to experience a number of LEGO themed zones, build areas and live entertainment. The annual New York Toy Fair also opens its doors and although LEGO will be limiting wants one show, we may get better looks at the recently confirmed Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom, Infinity War, Solo: A Star Wars Story and Powerpuff Girl sets. We may even get additional details on the new Power Functions 2.0 and app control system along with the UniKitty range of collectables and playsets. So make sure you’re following us on Twitter and Facebook for all the latest new from Denmark and the US.
