LEGO Elves is one of those fairly underrated themes, a spin-off of the popular LEGO Friends line, LEGO Elves takes place in the magical realm of Elvendale. This story-driven range of sets has a lot in common with the likes of NINJAGO and NEXO KNIGHTS, and just like those story-driven themes, LEGO Elves has been supported by a series of animated adventures, the latest of which will be heading to Netflix on September 1st. But unlike the popular Masters of Spinjitzu animated series, LEGO Elves’ Netflix outing will be more akin to a Japanese animation, in fact the animation studio behind this new Netflix series also animated Legends of Korra and Netflix’s other original series Voltron. Gone are the LEGO stylised characters, with more traditional animated characters used to portray Emily and her Elven pals. Although the action on screen doesn’t appear very LEGO-like, many of the sets and characters currently available can be seen throughout.
