LEGO® City has been an evergreen theme for many years now but it received a significant update in 2019. The bustling brick-built metropolis gained a bunch of wacky characters, along with an animated TV called LEGO City Adventures. Many of the characters from the show now appear in various LEGO City sets, which I think has given the theme a new lease of life. Although the Nickelodeon show is aimed at kids, it’s actually quite funny and has an ace animation style. So it’s nice to see that LEGO City Adventures will be continuing with a second season.
