WB Animations latest LEGO® mini-movie is released today and features the saltwater loving super hero Aquaman. In Rage of Atlantis, after losing the throne of Atlantis, Aquaman must escape the threat of the Red Lanterns and learn what it means to be a hero, in order to save the Justice League and the entire planet! As well as a copy of the movie, the Blu-ray also include an exclusive minifigure. That unique minifigure is Green Lantern Corp member, Jessica Cruz. There are currently no plans to release the movie along with minifigure in the UK, which also happened with the LEGO DC Comics Cosmic Clash Blu-ray and Cosmic Boy Minifigure. Although the DVD/Blu-ray is not listed on Amazon UK, you can still order it via either the Amazon Global Store or US site using your UK account. The cost of the Blu-ray including shipping and import fees works out around £23.
Green Lantern is a popular character but he hasn’t made that many LEGO appearances. However variants of the character and other members of the Lantern Corp, are cropping up on books and DVDs.
