For the last 20 years LEGO® have been recreating the Star Wars universe with numerous sets. These have lead to a vast amount of Minifigures and you can see many of them on display at the LEGO House. As part of the Billund-based attractions LEGO Star Wars 20th Anniversary celebrations, an impressive, most impressive collection of LEGO Star Wars Minifigures will be on display a part of the History Collection. It’s not the only LEGO Star Wars fun to be had at LEGO House this Spring. You’ll be able to check out the new 20th Anniversary sets in LEGO Square and see some of the LEGO Design Team’s favourite LEGO Star Wars sets from over the last 20 years. Plus there will be a very special LEGO Star Wars AFOL night later this month.
For 20 years the LEGO® Star Wars™ universe has been built, rebuilt and expanded. Now we’re celebrating the 20th anniversary in LEGO House with a historical throwback, where you get the chance to see original models and packaging from the past 20 years.
Anniversary relaunch sets
In LEGO square we will showcase an exclusive exhibition of five new anniversary LEGO Star Wars sets along with some of the original versions.
Designer’s Choice Exhibition
Continue your trip down the LEGO Star Wars memory lane in History Collection and see which models that made it through the Designer’s Choice. 10 LEGO Star Wars Designers were asked to pick out their three favourite models from the past 20 years.
LEGO Star Wars minifigure collection
In History Collection you also get the opportunity to see a truly special LEGO Star Wars minifigure exhibition, containing each of the almost 1,100 minifigures from the Star Wars collection. Bonus info about this unique collection is that it’s a fan who has managed to gather all of them.
Creative Lab
If you’re in the mood for some hands on building activities, then drop by Creative Lab in Red Zone, where we invite our guests to build and display starships from their own imagination.
What’s more, on March 16th and 23rd you’ll get the chance to meet and build with a real LEGO Star Wars Designer.
