Flights To Billund From Birmingham Starting Soon

Ryanair will start offering direct flights to Billund from Birmingham this Winter. Currently, flights from the UK only depart from Standsted, Manchester and Edinburgh with Ryanair and from Gatwick with the rather more expensive British Airways. From October, direct flights from Birmingham to Billund will begin, with flights every Friday and Sunday. This makes it far easier for those in the Midlands to make the trip to the home of the LEGO Group and visit LEGOLAND Billund, LEGO® House and the town of Billund. The first flight takes off on October 30th, currently priced at £19.99, which is cheaper than taking a train from Leicester to London. They are currently on seasonal routes but if popular, I’m sure it could become permanent. Thanks to Chris for the heads up.
