As we near the halfway point, the countdown to Christmas continues with a look behind door number 11 of the LEGO® Advent Calendars. This year we are treated to five different LEGO Advent Calendars, each one filled with a selection of minibuilds and Minifigures. Each day I’ll be sharing the goodies behind each door as we build up to the countdown to Christmas. I’ll be leaving it until late each day so the surprise isn’t ruined. So let’s see what’s behind door number 11 of the LEGO City, LEGO Friends, LEGO Star Wars, LEGO Harry Potter and the new LEGO Marvel Avengers Advent Calendars.
- LEGO Star Wars – It’s back to the microscale builds and a rather complex for the scale take on an X-wing. The New Republic is making sure the galaxy is safe even at Christmas
- LEGO Harry Potter – Connecting to yesterday’s Gringott teller desk is the rather angry looking Griphook the Goblin, I assume he’s not on the nice list this year from the look of it
- LEGO Marvel – When he’s not turning half the universe to dust, Thanos likes to spread ‘ festive cheer’ by delivering coal, here he is in his Minifigure form and includes, Infinity Gauntlet, sack and coal.
- LEGO City – Switching from buildings to vehicles and today we get a microscale fire helicopter most likely inspired by the one included with the LEGO City Fire Station HQ
- LEGO Friends – The baking theme continues into another day for LEGO Friends, with an oven, cookies and a carton of milk
