Combining LEGO Harry Potter Hogwarts Moments

Earlier this week I took a closer look at the new LEGO® Harry Potter Hogwarts Moment sets. These take the form of a buildable book, which opened out to reveal one of four classroom playsets based on popular Hogwarts classes. You may have noticed that each of the books feature a pair of connectors on their backs. Oddly the instructions and packaging don’t really divulge what these are for. Well, they are used to combine each of the sets to create a larger build 360° playset. The back of each book connects to the opposing front cover of another book.

You can combine the sets in various configurations, connecting two, three or all four of the Hogwarts Moment sets. Admittedly, this doesn’t really add much in terms of additional features but it’s a fun option to have. You can discover more about each of these new sets in my review of them here. They will be available from January 1st, 2021.
