This year LEGO® Minifigures celebrate their 40th anniversary and to mark this achievement, the LEGO House will be hosting a very special celebration of the little LEGO folk. On November 2nd, visitors to this special LEGO House event will be able to take a unique look at how minifigures are created from concept to shelf. Check out some prototypes of minifigures and listen to members of LEGO Design Team discuss various aspects of the LEGO Minifigure range. Fan evening: LEGO Minifigure Turns 40
LEGO House invites you to an evening about the beloved LEGO Minifigure – and how it has evolved since it first came to life 40 years ago. The evening’s facilitator is journalist Are Heiseldal from Norway, who will interview a number of experts from the LEGO Group. All participants have worked closely with the Minifigure and knows details about e.g. prototyping, license products, graphics and design. The four talks are interrupted by an hour’s buffet from the LEGO House kitchen.
