Bricktober Minifigure Packs Coming To America

Earlier today it was revealed that the Toys R Us Germany would be continuing with the annual LEGO® ‘Bricktober’ Minifigure Packs. Following the news the internet exploded in a mixture of excitement and dismay, with the four packs containing some very awesome and exclusive characters, the lack of Toys R Us stores in many countries, could make them tricky to find. As the UK is one such country that no longer has  Toys R Us stores, many wondered if or how these packs will be made available beyond TRU. It was noted the boxes no longer carry the ‘Only at Toys R Us’ badge as previous releases have. Well there is some good news for our US based readers. Twitter user Nathan Wilson asked the official LEGO Twitter account if these will be available in America and got a response confirming they would be distributed via other US retailers, with Barnes & Noble confirmed for the Harry Potter set. It’s assumed other US retailers will carry the other sets. There is no confirmation of UK availability, but if they are coming to the US, it’s extremely likely, we’ll also see them in the UK. I’ve already asked Smyths Toys, who have no information at present and I’ve reached out to LEGO as well. So will update once I have any more news for us UK LEGO fans. The four packs include some great Minifigures:

  • LEGO Harry Potter Pack: Madam Rolanda Hooch, Professor Horace Slughorn, Dolores Umbridge, and Boggart Snape.
  • LEGO Jurassic World Pack: Claire Dearing, Owen Grady, small velociraptor and Dr Ian Malcolm!
  • LEGO Marvel Super Heroes set will have War Machine, Tony Stark with the Mark 50 arc reactor, Wong and White Wolf.
  • LEGO NINJAGO Pack: Kabuki Nya plus Sons of Garmadon characters.
