Brickish Weekend is making a return to the National Space Centre in Leicester. On March 12th & 13th visitors to the Space Centre can immerse themselves in one of the largest displays of LEGO creations in the UK. Members of the Brickish Association will be on hand to show off their amazing MOCs, budding builders can help create the famous Fairy Bricks mosaic and you’ll also be able to track down some LEGO goodies to continue your LEGO adventures at home. Learn more about the event over on the National Space Centre website. Things are a little different compared to previous years, it’s highly recommended you book in advance due to COVID safety measures and limited capacity.
The National Space Centre is joining forces with Fairy Bricks and the Brickish Association to host a celebration of all things LEGO.
Now in its eleventh year, the weekend will see the whole building filled with huge LEGO creations, rare kits, planes, trains and automobiles, as well as LEGO shops, games and play areas (subject to government guidelines).
The event is all thanks to the Brickish Association, a UK-based community of LEGO Fans who work with LEGO to build some of the most amazing structures from the iconic bricks, and Fairy Bricks work directly with hospital play teams to provide LEGO as a vital aid to recovery.
Visitors are invited to help build a giant LEGO mosaic and smaller visitors, or even the big ones who just love LEGO, can sit down at the building tables and just get creative.
