Most of the major UK supermarkets are currently offering some decent discounts on LEGO® brick box sets. These are sets filled with bricks to construct your own marvellous creations. As I suggested on Twitter earlier this week, Asda has now discounted the LEGO City and LEGO Friends Brick Box sets. These include a number of bricks and Minifigure/Mini-dolls to create a number of models, all housed within a brick-shaped storage box. They have an RRP of £34.99 but can be found in Asda stores for just £20 and online from George for the same price.
Over at Tesco, Clubcard members can enjoy up to half price toys in the Clubcard Prices Toy Sale. There are a few LEGO sets included in the sale such as the LEGO City Value Pack, which included three different LEGO City sets – 60239: Police Patrol Car, 60241: Police Dog Unit and 60242: Police Highway Arrest. You’ll find the sets in selected Tesco stores and online. You’ll need to scan your Tesco Clubcard in order to activate the discounted prices.
Morrisons is also getting in on the discounted toys action, with the LEGO Classic Creative Transparent Bricks set now half price at just £17.50. This is a great selection of bricks as you get loads of clear and transparent pieces, which are great for MOCs.
